Statistics including sum, count, average, max, min, standard deviation, and median.
Two clicks calculates statistics for any single non-numeric value or for all data values combined. Or calculate statistics for the requested numeric fields at each change in up to four user-specified non-numeric fields.
Calculations are automatic, the statistics are formatted for viewing and printing, and the original Excel data containing column totals, subtotals or no totals is never modified.
Here are some key features of "EZ Stat for Excel":
· Two clicks creates "Quick Stats" for any single data value or for all data values.
· State, Region, Product Line ... are examples of fields for which "Quick Stats" could be created.
· "Quick Stats" include count, sum, average, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and median.
· Choose the numeric fields for which to calculate "Quick Stats"; for example, Sales and Profit.
· Optionally calculate "Quick Stats" using only non-zero numeric values.
· Including zero values changes the average and possibly the minimum or maximum.
· One click exports "Quick Stats" to an Excel workbook.
· Exported "Quick Stats" are formatted and printer-ready.

· For example, for each unique occurance of State, Region, Product Line, and Date.
· Choose the Statistics to calculate for each selected numeric field.
